Miguel del Valle, also known by fellow musicians as “Ice Tea Mike”, grew up in Hudson County. From a young age, he played in many local bands eventually moving into the tri-state discotheque and dance club circuit, especially down the Jersey shore, as a member of the very successful band, Cachet. Having done some touring around the US, Miguel became a bass player on call and, eventually, retired from playing in live bands. He then became a studio musician experiencing the various dominant genres of music and proving himself by playing with well-known musicians. His work has been officially recognized and fellow musicians who know him, especially drummers, refer to him as a bass player in the pocket. An enthusiastic endorser of Ronaldo Custom Guitars, Miguel has now joined The Almost Santana band to bring his extensive musical experience and unique groove to you.
